  • Cleaning. The mechanism inside can’t be removed for cleaning, which means that the recommended method of cleaning is using “pills” purchased from the manufacturer. This is costly and not especially effective. However, using the optional water filter should keep the machine running smoothly for longer.
  • Steam Wand Hazard. Reports from consumers suggest that the steam wand may tend to launch across the room. Although we haven’t seen this first hand, well, that’s not a particularly attractive feature.
  • Mixed Reviews. Searching various sources, Jura ENA 5 Reviews seem to have either “love it” or “hate it” reviews and very few in between.
