You get the same 3D roller S&L-track Unibody design that massages your entire spine and thighs, but the Super Novo also incorporates breakthrough 4D roller technology. This makes the massage feel more life-like, as the 4D rollers can move away from the track, like human hands kneading and pulling at the same time.
Massage Programs
As well, the Super Novo offers 38 wellness programs as opposed to the XT2’s 35 programs, so if variety is your thing, you can get it all with the Super Novo. This includes a Yoga Studio with meditation sessions and relaxed stretching.
Accessories
The biggest difference between the two models is that the Super Novo has a Virtual Therapist. That’s right- you get Alexa built-in to your massage chair, so you can customize your massage program with just a few spoken words.

The Novo XT2 covers both with a mind-boggling 50” track length that ensures every muscle is covered from the base of the neck to the entire buttocks region. The footwells have their own set of rollers to massage the calves and feet.

For a luxury massage chair, we were surprised by the body scan technology Human Touch chose for the XT2. While other massage recliners do an automatic full-body scan, then let you manually tweak as needed, that’s not the case here.
Instead, the Novo XT2 offers 9 presets to choose from. Afterward, you can manually adjust the rollers to get them perfect.
While this isn’t that big of a deal, we think that you’d expect to get the latest technology and most convenience for the price you’re paying. Instead of jumping right into your chair and sinking into relaxation, you have to mess with the body scan buttons for a hot minute…not very relaxing indeed.
Zero-Gravity Seating
What is Zero Gravity seating? This is a concept inspired by NASA that invokes a feeling of weightlessness. When the body is suspended at a certain angle with the knees slightly elevated above the heart, it may release tension and create a deeply relaxed state.

Some drawbacks can be deal breakers for some people. The heating feature is very limited, and while it works great, it only applies to the lumbar region.
